這首可以說是90年代trash metal 入門歌, 第一次聽到是在ICRT, 入門歌是貶嗎? 非也

多少人因為enter sandman進入至trash metal的領域, 有多少當代有名黑團是聽這首長大的

這張黑色同名專輯歌曲的製作結構簡化了很多, 沒有複雜的樂句與超技的史詩鉅作, 樂迷不需要武裝自己對抗歌曲

然而, 簡潔, 明瞭有效的傳達音符, 情境與暗黑詩意, 軟中帶硬的神祕特質, 還有筆者認為的Metallica史上最好的tone

成為mtellica 在90中期試圖轉型前的經典之作, 不多不少就這麼剛剛好, 就這樣放開了

讓trash metal也可以聽起來如此悅耳與輕鬆
